Questions
When should I schedule a move-out clean?
After everything is out and before your walkthrough. If you’re moving at the end of the month, or out of a rental near Western at the end of the school year, book early. Those dates fill up first.
Can there still be furniture in the home?
The home should be empty so we can reach every surface. If a few things will still be there, tell us in your request and we’ll plan around them.
Is the inside of the oven and refrigerator included?
Yes. Inside the oven, refrigerator, and microwave are part of every move-in and move-out clean.
