What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, address, details about your home, the cleaning you want, your preferences, pets, and how to get in, like a door code.
• Photos you send with an estimate request.
• Records of your cleanings: dates, what we cleaned, before-and-after photos we take, invoices, and payments. We don’t store card numbers.
• Messages we exchange by text, phone, or email, and who referred you, if you tell us.
• Basic technical information our website host records when you visit, like your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To prepare your estimate, schedule and do your cleanings, and get into your home when you’re not there.
• To send reminders, on-our-way texts, invoices, and follow-ups.
• To ask how we did, or for a review, and to thank people who refer a friend.
• To keep business and tax records, and to keep our website working and safe.

Texts and calls

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we can text or call you about your estimate, your cleanings, and feedback on our work. We don’t send texts for anyone else. Tell us any time to stop texting you, and we will.

Who we share it with

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We use a few service providers to run our business tools: our website host and form service (Netlify), our database and private file storage (Supabase), and, when you pay that way, payment services like Venmo or Zelle. They handle your information only to provide those services.
• We share information if the law requires it.

Photos you send

Photos you send with an estimate request are stored privately and seen only by us. We use them to prepare your estimate and plan your cleaning. Ask us any time to delete them.

How long we keep it

We keep job and payment records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we’ll delete everything we’re not required to keep.

How we protect it

Our website and tools use secure (HTTPS) connections. Your information is stored in private accounts that only Trusty Clean Co. can sign in to, and door codes and access notes are seen only by the people cleaning your home.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
• Ask us to stop texting you.

Children

Our services and website are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
