• Wall scuffs and marks spot-washed

The home should be empty of furniture and belongings so every surface can be reached.

• Fine construction dust removed from ledges, vents, and fixtures
• Paint specks, stickers, and residue taken off glass and hard surfaces
• Extra passes on floors and surfaces until the dust is gone
• Trash and clutter bagged first so every surface can be cleaned
